T1, T2, T3, T4 and T4 Satellite. Meet and greet at the arrivals gate, with a discreet name board or none at all, live flight tracking and escort to the car. Complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes on international flights and 45 on domestic ones.

Hourly chauffeur hire
Car and chauffeur at the executive's disposal for half a day or a full day, with an open agenda and no re-quoting at every stop. Three-hour minimum. This is what works on a day with four or five meetings across Castellana, Azca and Chamartín.

When the passenger's profile, a sensitive corporate operation or an open dispute calls for it, the journey stops being only transport. ETM coordinates the whole detail: vehicle, trained driver and licensed close protection officer.
How this works legally in Spain
In Spain, personal protection services may only be provided by close protection officers licensed by the Ministry of the Interior and contracted through a security company registered in the National Private Security Register, with the assignment authorised in advance by the National Police. ETM does not replace that company: we provide the vehicle, the driver and the logistical coordination, and contract the protection element with approved security firms we work with regularly. You get one point of contact and one quotation, with the legal cover in order.
Route analysis in advance
The itinerary is studied before the service: primary and alternative routes, discreet pick-up points, car park entrances with less exposure, and varied timings when the same journey repeats daily.
Defensive and evasive driving
Drivers trained in advanced road safety and evasive manoeuvres, used to working alongside protection personnel and to keeping a low profile for as long as nothing happens.
Licensed protection officers
Personnel holding a current Spanish close protection licence, supplied by a registered security company, with the assignment notified and authorised under Spain's Private Security Act 5/2014.
Armoured vehicles on request
Available with notice for scenarios that require them, at VR7 or VR9 protection levels, finished to the same standard as the rest of the fleet.
Details for delegations
Convoys of two or three cars, advance vehicle, follow car, and coordination with the security teams at the hotel, the head office or the venue.

How much does a transfer from Madrid-Barajas airport to the city centre cost?
Every transfer is quoted at a fixed price based on the vehicle, the time of day and the number of passengers, and includes tolls, parking, complimentary waiting time and the meet and greet at arrivals. Send us the route and you get the rate the same day, with nothing added afterwards.
How far in advance should I book a private chauffeur?
Twenty-four hours is usual, which is what it takes to assign the right car and the right driver. For same-day service, WhatsApp is fastest: if there is availability, the booking is confirmed within minutes.
Do the chauffeurs speak English?
Yes. Every driver assigned to executive service speaks Spanish and English. With notice we can assign chauffeurs who also speak German or French.
What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?
We track your flight number live and adjust the pick-up time automatically at no extra cost. Complimentary waiting time is sixty minutes on international flights and forty-five on domestic ones.
Do you invoice the company directly?
Yes, with the company's tax number, VAT itemised and whatever cost-centre reference you give us. Corporate accounts receive a single monthly invoice detailing every journey.
Do you provide the close protection service yourselves?
The personal protection element is provided by a security company registered in Spain's National Private Security Register, with officers licensed by the Ministry of the Interior and the assignment authorised by the National Police. ETM provides the vehicle, the driver and the coordination, and gives you one point of contact and one quotation.
Do you operate outside Madrid?
Yes. We run intercity transfers throughout mainland Spain and to Portugal, and provide on-site service during multi-day stays.
Can an executive assistant book and manage the journeys?
That is the most common case. We open a corporate account, the booking takes a single message, and the confirmation arrives with the licence plate and the chauffeur's name and number so it can be forwarded straight to the executive.
