Purpose

This website informs visitors about the chauffeur-driven executive transport and personal protection coordination services provided by Executive Transfer Madrid in Madrid and across Spain, and allows visitors to request a quotation.

Private security services

Personal protection services are always provided through security companies registered in Spain's National Private Security Register, with personnel licensed as close protection officers by the Ministry of the Interior and with the required prior authorisation of the assignment, in accordance with Spanish Private Security Act 5/2014 of 4 April. Executive Transfer Madrid provides the vehicle, the driver and the logistical coordination of the service.

Data protection

Data controller: Executive Transfer Madrid, tax number B00000000. Purpose: to answer the quotation or information request submitted through the contact form and to manage any commercial relationship arising from it. Legal basis: the data subject's consent and pre-contractual measures taken at their request.

Retention: data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where applicable, for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Recipients: data is not transferred to third parties except where legally required or strictly necessary to deliver the contracted service (for example, to the private security company in personal protection assignments).
